HEAD OF RPA DEVELOPER
Responsibilities:
- Increase business for MBGSP by actively promoting RPA and other process automation services to SSC customers and Non-SSC Customers
- Create or formulate new service offerings within the field of process automations
- Creation of business engagement materials
- Manage and oversee team (RPA Developers, Monitoring support/process controllers and business analyst)
- Selection and staffing of team members and the evaluation of necessary skillset to competitiveness
- Project Management ? prioritization of demands or requests for development. Create plans and define milestones, track deliverables and mitigate delivery risks. Maintain lessons learned document
- Workload Planning and assignment of new developments and maintenance/bug fix tasks
- Establish the RPA Operating Model at MBGSP
- Accountability for team performance and delivery
- Support or facilitate business case creation and efficiency/savings reporting
- Creation of team KPIs and tracking of team performance to ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Support the internal CIP Program thru process automation insights and mobilization of team members. Lead forums or roadshows to promote the RPA concept within MBGSP
- Identify automation opportunities by supporting SMEs in process discovery sessions
- Main point of contact and Owner for the process automation services offered by MBGSP
- Customer and stakeholder Management (customer feedback, requests, escalations...)
- Service Management - creation of service measurements and KPIs to maintain customer satisfaction which could include periodic reviews as needed
- SLA Management - Create and Manage SLAs
- Adherence to policies ? ensures all existing and applicable policies are applied to prevent risks in the performance of the activities. Perform risk assessment and attend to audit sessions. Ensures all audit recommendations are fulfilled and closed in a timely manner
- Expand or maximize the capabilities of the Blue Prism RPA software
- Research new technologies and initiate or contribute to POC when the need arises. Support the adoption of new technologies
- Knowledge Training/Development
- Engage team members and further develop skills
- Coaching of team members (team meetings or updates, Monthly or periodic feedback session, other interventions as necessary)
- Develop programs to upskill team members
Qualifications:
- Experience on process mapping or discovery and presentation of improvements/changes. Understanding of business cases and cost-benefit documentations
- Understands the robotic operating model (implementing RPA within the organization). Change Management experience is a plus
- Good understanding of RPA software capabilities in general (Blue Prism/UiPath, Automation Anywhere or any of the top RPA software) and awareness of new software within the field of process automations
- Critical Thinking to enable decision making in the topics local and central
- Team Management
- Technical knowledge (any form of programming or software) to guide developers or direct to the right resource (not mandatory but a plus)
- Project Management for workload planning
