The Position This role reports to Country Manager. Supervisory Responsibilities: Portfolio Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development / Market Research / Marketing:
Lead and manage customer success - marketing team by implementing effective marketing strategies, and specified action plan to ensure sales targets and business objectives are achieved. Plan, achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets, plan and manage marketing expenses budget within approved allocation. Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities. Keep abreast with Department of Health, relevant government agencies regulation updates, competitor products and activities for effective marketing strategies. Conducts, oversee and analyze market survey on current and new product concepts and provides feedback for future product development and internal marketing concepts. Prepares annual strategic marketing plan and marketing communication plan based on analysis of external and internal factors and ensure alignment throughout the organization. Prepares, develops and executes creative marketing strategies and campaigns using across various channels (digital and printed). Ensures effective and timely implementation of marketing strategies and takes immediate corrective action to meet dynamic market changes and competitive activities. Explores new ways of working and continuously improve marketing capabilities. Identify, develop and maintain strong relationship with KOLs, reference sites, industry influences and strategic business partners. Identify, develop and build agencies and suppliers and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services. Play a key role for achievement of RDPH 1000 day strategy and execution. Product/Portfolio Management:
Oversee and ensure portfolio strategies and activities are implemented effectively and efficiently within agreed timeline. Oversee preparation, translation and production of promotional and marketing materials are consistent with corporate image throughout all product lines and events. Oversees effective and efficient product launch management including timely product registration for new product launches. Evolves portfolio management concepts to world standards. Collaborates with other business leaders to ensure proper inventory and sufficient stocks for sales, minimal product write-offs. Integrated Campaign and Channel Management:
Explores capabilities of internal vs external and embarks on the most efficient route of advanced marketing approach. Implements new ways of marketing using various channels in an integrated approach. Sets and executes proper end to end campaign management with monitoring and evaluation of effectivity of campaigns. Aligns execution with all the channels including sales and distributors in an effective way. Together with commercial excellence function monitors the effectivity of campaigns and various marketing approaches and aligns accordingly future activities. Collaborates with sales and commercial excellence functions for an input. Keeps abreast on new marketing approaches and sets the team to excellence. Disease Marketing / Medical Marketing:
Implements disease based marketing approaches and explores new ways and channels to reach out to stakeholders beyond the labs. Sets marketing team capabilities to enable marketing to stakeholders beyond the lab. Leadership:

Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and perform activities. Following global Roche quality standards and local SOPs. Liaises with:
External customer, Key Opinion Leaders, distributor and suppliers and other relevant parties Pharmaceutical companies for collaboration projects APAC or GCS team for product, technical support, updates and enquiries Relevant internal team members including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Service, Applications and other departments/areas as required Internal and External Auditors if necessary Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Health/Science/Business disciplines, A Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business is an added advantage. Extensive market knowledge with at least 15 years' experience coupled with an entrepreneurial flair, resilience and a growth mindset. Extensive (>15 years) leadership experience with proven skills in marketing team leadership, motivation and empathy. Experience in integrated channel and campaign management, new ways of marketing and disease marketing Demonstrated strength in agile working principles and methodologies. Ideally have experience of successfully working in a matrix environment. Other Skills and Abilities:
