Head of Creatives - Philippines, Pilipinas - Summit Media (Summit Publishing Co., Inc.) Summit Outdoor Media is a solutions-centered company committed to empowering our clients to find innovative ways to effectively reach their audience through digital and traditional out-of-home advertising.
The Creative Solutions Team is looking to hire a dynamic Head of Creatives to lead our department's creative team. You will collaborate closely with Industry Leads and the Sales Team members to deliver innovative proposals featuring creative solutions and executions for OOH campaigns.
The Head of Creatives is a problem solver, extremely creative (an art & copy hybrid), dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Head of Creatives will also provide the team with guidance to come up with concepts, strategies and executions fit to each brand. You will be able to implement your creative vision together with your team members.
Main Responsibilities: Be able to outline, design, and fine tune proposal decks and creative presentations for internal and external clients Create original and visually attractive LED and static billboard mockups Deliver work of the highest quality by collaborating with team members to develop new ideas Be up to date with the latest OOH trends and apply them in developing new execution ideas for Summit Outdoor Media's clients Have attention to detail and high level of creativity Willingness to engage and collaborate with team members and other teams to brainstorm new executions concepts and ideas Manage and lead a team of creatives Other Tasks Include: Work closely with the Business Development Team and Site Acquisition Team to strategize asset or site placement Work with the Project Management Team (Architect) to collaborate on site design Basic Qualifications: Preferably be a graduate of Multimedia Arts or Fine Arts Must have at least 7 to 10-years of experience in graphic design, art direction, preferably with agency background Strong organizational skills, preferably with experience as a people manager Highly proficient in Adobe softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro) Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino Flexible and willing to pitch for sales presentations if needed Must present portfolio of not only graphic design work, but also show creative campaigns or projects led if available Note: This position will be based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
