Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Live Chat Manager in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should possess at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work part-time.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues efficiently- Train and onboard new live chat agents- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills- Strong time management and project management skills- Previous experience in managing a team of live chat agents- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management tools- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvement- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
