HEAD OF CIP

 

Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the continuous improvement idea collection through the different techniques and methods available.

- To catalogue all collected individual ideas in the CI SharePoint list

- To review, assess, and pre-approve all ideas. This include to run individual meetings, when applies, with the idea creators, providing support related to the idea approach, Business case creation, presentations to CI Committee, etc.

- To support the idea implementation and being the implementation co
- responsible

- To coach all CI participants in the processes and procedures related to the Continuous Improvement

- To follow up within the defined process and procedures that all ideas are tracked until implementation (unless those are disregarded)

- Run the Continuous

Improvement office role by coordinating the different CIP categories
- To provide regular transparent CI reports to MBGSP Management (monthly)

- To provide Open items reporting to all involved parties (monthly) ? tracking, chasing, follow up

- To report to the Global CIP SME within the Global FAO CIP implementation project activities

- Regular Reporting to the Service Management lead at DGSM

- Alignment with DGSB CIP for GER Operations related measures

- To run CI Objectives establishment and target review sessions with Controlling and Service Management lead at DGSM

- To prepare the yearly awarding session

- To implement CI for all partners which operations are running within the SCC (in the SSC as well as on partner site)

- To track target evolution and to report remedy actions just in case those might be necessary
