IT SPECIALIST

 

An IT Specialist's job is to support and assist Enzo's Meat Markets operations in a hybrid IT environment to its wide range of meat products and technical services for its office and branches. Services rendered are related, but not limited to, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, creating creative designs for advertising our meat products (e.g., photo or video), handling branch problems remotely or physically, providing an on-call solution, and data management.

 

Requirements

Must be a Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology or any other related course.

With or without Experience in working as an IT Specialist.

Can handle a fast-paced environment with continual demands and changing priorities.

High proficiency in all Windows/Mac PC or laptops.

High-quality standards for your work, being a creative and analytical thinker.

Experience with remote desktop software for troubleshooting PCs on every branch or in the office.

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Can troubleshoot PC/laptop hardware problems.

Being a good team player, easy to communicate with, fast learner, and analytically minded.

Motivation, flexibility, dedication, and ability to work independently.

Entertain daily orders or complaints from customers.

Photo and Video editing skills in any software (e.g., Photoshop, AI, Filmora is a plus

Skills or knowledge of using SQL queries is a plus
