Head Cook

The Head Cook oversees the daily process of running the kitchen and managing food preparation of the restaurant.
They direct kitchen staff and handle all food-related issues, including checking up on food supplies, planning menus, and creating new recipes.
The Head Cook ensures that there is strict adherence to hygiene, food and safety protocols.
- Checking regularly that the equipment and work areas are kept spotless.
- Keeping abreast of and complying with the latest health and safety laws and regulations.
- Ensuring that the menu is fresh and well presented.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a head cook.

- The ability to multitask and cope in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
**Salary**: From Php17,000.00 per month
