- Responsible in pricing and procuring rates from KN Suppliers and service provider for Spot rates request- Provide support and work closely with the Regional Operational Key Account Managers on the maintenance of quotes and rates generated from QT Sea and KN Rates respectively on behalf of the ASP Region- Provide procurement and analytical expertise and to inform procurement and category management- Assist the Regional Operational Key Account Managers with the creation / maintenance of performance metrics to ensure Sea Logistics operations adhere to the agreed service level agreements Your Responsibilities Coordinate with other teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) for efficient resolution of tickets/QT uploads needed for Customer booking and/or invoicing to ensure that it's available on time and error-free Manage and supervise Zendesk ticket allocation within the team on a timely manner for fast resolution and to ensure that service level can meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) Provide reports, analysis and advice to contribute to decision making and directions in procurement Receive and understand tender/spot rate information for upload into the KN platform Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization Collect, manage and aggregate data from various sources in prescribed formats without any errors Identify Shipping Carriers with allocation exceeding forecast volume and coordinate with Management to avoid potential booking cancellations or Carrier disputes Ensure important trade and pricing information is posted in Wiki for New Zealand Management/ Staffs' consumption Assist in project related activities and identify problems/solutions among the project team in order to drive its success Your Skills and Experiences Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Finance or any equivalent Experience in IT coding languages and basic knowledge of Incoterms / Quotes/ Pricing and contracts 2 years working experience in Integrated Logistics/Finance and/or IT is preferred Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word) and Intermediate to Expert Level using MS Excel Knowledge on Reporting and Project Management Proficient in English language Ability to explain complex information to relevant parties, establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks and ability to work with demanding deadlines Good Reasons to Join
