Based in our global shared service center in Cebu, the position reports to the Group Treasury Supervisor based in Cebu.

The Job
 
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
 
Cash Management:
Assist in the monitoring of cash forecast for all group entities (more than 40 and subsidiaries) and ensure necessary cash is available in each entity to meet short-term payment requirement.
Formalize, implement and monitor intercompany loans.
Prepare relevant forms and submit requirements to optimize and drawdown the necessary
amount from lending bank;Bank Account Management:
Maintain, update consistent bank powers across all existing bank accounts, to ensure safe and efficient payment authorization
Handle the opening of new bank accounts to support the business expansion
Reduce number of bank accounts and further consolidate the group?s cash management into one global bank?s platform:
currently with HSBC with a few countries not yet integrated.
Other treasury matters:
Assist in the maintenance and update of bank account access and reviews
Check and update the bank accounts report, loans schedule and reconcile postings in Netsuite
Assist in the consolidation of treasury requirements during year end audit
Communicate with relevant banks for any queries related to treasury & payment matters
Other tasks assigned by group treasury supervisor.
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in banking, treasury and accounting
Comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers;
Ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership, willing to own issue even when not in his/her comfort zone (functionally or geographically)
