Group Hrod And Admin Head

Qualifications:

Minimum of twenty (20) years' work experience in all aspects of HR
functions in a senior executive capacity preferably gained from the
manufacturing industry
- Expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and Recruitment

Experience in a unionized plant set-up
Knowledge of OD Interventions and Principles
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Knowledge in Change management and transitions

Work Arrangement:
WORK ONSITE MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS FROM 8A TO 6PM AND SATURDAYS FROM 9AM TO 12NN

Job Summary:

The HROD & Admin Head contributes to organizational effectiveness by managing the following HR & Admin. Functions:
• Organizational Development (OD),
• Manpower Planning & Training,
• Compensation & Benefits,
• Recruitment & Placement,
• Labor and Employee Relations,
• Safety & Security, and Safety
• Plant Labor Relations and Personnel & Admin.
