Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our HR Service Delivery - Global Payroll Senior Manager. About the Role: As a HR Service Delivery - Global Payroll Senior Manager, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in-house and outsource countries.Manage payroll services across 17 countries with approximately 30 pay runs.Oversee Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance, managing a team of approximately 150 resources servicing around 75K pay slips monthly.Manage pre-payroll, gross to net, and external vendor partners.About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
At least 15 years of Payroll Service Delivery experience in BPO or Shared Services industry.Minimum 8 years of leadership experience.Experience in Global Payroll, preferably ANZ Payroll.Managed a team of 50+ across multiple geographies.Good understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances, and other regulatory requirements.Amenable to work in Taguig.If you are interested in joining our diverse community, please apply directly to this job advertisement.
