What you will do Develop and implement HR data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support evidence-based decision-making. Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track and measure HR performance and effectiveness. Design and deliver regular HR reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and HR business partners. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related business challenges, and to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and maintain HR data governance policies and procedures, including data quality control, privacy, and security. Contribute and/or represent HR in audit procedures. Manage and oversee HR data management activities, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR data analytics and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate. What you will need Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting. Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics techniques. Proficiency in using HRIS systems, data visualization tools, and reporting software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with large datasets, data management, and data quality control. Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and compliance and Audit requirements.
