Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) is looking for a full-time Global HR Manager to join their client's team. Our client's company is one of the leading providers of exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award-winning installation partners. They are looking for a Global HR Manager to develop the company's international HR strategies and be in charge of all high-level HR activities across the company, including planning, design, and implementation of HR programs and policies regarding employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding.
The Global HR Manager will ensure all HR activities are aligned with and supportive of the overall business strategy, supervise and lead our HR team, establish a robust framework for international employment contracts, and prepare HR metrics reports. Additional tasks include providing senior team members with human resources-related advice and counsel, organizing training programs for employees, attending educational workshops, and collaborating with global HR team members to ensure all HR–related programs are successfully implemented.Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of our company's international HR strategiesCreate HR programs and policies and ensure they are successfully implemented and adhered to in all the branches of the companyPartner with EOR and Global payroll solutions to ensure employees are in the system and paid correctly.Onboard new team members throughout international locations.Ensure HR strategies, plans, and programs, are in accordance with international employment laws and regulationsSupervise and lead our corporate HR staff and provide advice, support, and leadership to HR teams in various branches of the companyCounsel senior team members about HR-related mattersCreate onboarding programs and processes for new hiresHandle communications with global HR team membersOpening up new office in Makati. Managing the offices to ensure employees are supported as needed.Minimum QualificationsMust be a citizen of the PhilippinesBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration5+ years of experience as a Global HR Manager or a similar roleTravel required between Cebu and Makati (2 weeks at each office)Experience in full-cycle recruitment of international candidatesIn-depth knowledge about international employment law and regulationsProficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and Remote (EOR/Global Payroll)Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, leadership, and project management skillsDon't miss this amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals while enhancing your career in the industry.
