Qualification Bachelor's degree holder At least 5 years of related experience; supervisory experience is an advantage Background in construction Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig Monday to Friday work schedule Duties and Responsibilities Validate project site for all direct operating expenses for AP payment processing related to project construction cost vs approved BOQ budget per signed proposal for billing purposes Assist in the collation of project photos and other requirements for monthly progress billing, working with QS and chasing of needed letter of award, notice to proceed, signed proposal, and payment application for preparation of billing invoices Prepare clients' billing invoices with comparative cost per APV Monitor billing recoupment for down payment and retention per project site Inventory monitoring for incoming materials and approval process prior to material issuance for project site use on a weekly and monthly basis Assist in ensuring creditable withholding tax (CWT) BIR 2307 for billing of materials suppliers and service providers are intact for preparation of quarterly income tax return BIR 1702Q Assist in database preparation and migration for ERP software and parallel run testing Ensure GL journal entries are accurate and related adjusting journal entries are effective in a timely manner Draft monthly financial statements and project site PNL for GP analysis Prepare and review monthly tax compliance for BIR expanded withholding tax, BIR 2550M/Q VAT, and BIR 1702Q quarterly income tax return Assist in the preparation of BIR LOA submission of needed documents and reconciliation Perform other works that are necessary for the project as may be assigned Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php 35,000.00 - Php 45,000.00 per month
