Geologist

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Geoscience or any related field
- Proven experience as a geologist
-Familiarity with environmental regulations
-Good knowledge of the attributes of ores, soil, minerals and other materials
-Excellent knowledge of geology and geological factors of the specified location.
-Great technical ability to design mappings of geological data, and use geological databases and software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Survey sites and create logs (e.g. borehole)
-Gather and analyze geological data
-Examine the composition of samples and specimens
-Write reports on findings
-Study sites for developments, formations, hazards, and composition
-Design topographical and geological maps.
-Provide geological assessments and advice
-Conduct frequent training sessions with staff regarding investigations and data interpretation.
