General Virtual Assistant (Client Based)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for Australian clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of email correspondence.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Perform a variety of administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Maintain and update databases and CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on client coordination and email management.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with CRM and project management tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar admin or support role.
Experience working in client-facing environments or coordinating with clients.
Familiarity with office management and financial processes is a plus.
