General Maintenance

Painting walls, ceiling, and exterior walls. Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as required.Repairing and unclogging toilet, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wood floors. Installing and repairing wires, plug, and switches.Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies. Ensuring fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition.Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys. Scheduling repairs that require special technical skills.
Qualification
Must have knowledge and skills in repairing Aircon, Washing Machine, Refrigerator (Appliances)Has own motorcycleWilling to do field work (Pasig, Paranaque and etc,) Benefits:
Duty every day is 8hrs (18k-19k)

Meal Allowance 1,500
Performance bonus every month (Up to 2,000 - Performance Based)
