This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with heavy equipment and contributing to successful project execution.

Here's what we're looking for: High School Graduate: A solid foundation in education is essential.PEZA Document Expertise: You'll be knowledgeable in processing PEZA documents and familiar with delivery documents like DRR.Troubleshooting Skills: A basic understanding of troubleshooting is a plus.Rigger Certification: Possessing an NCI or NCII Rigger Certificate is a must.Valid Driver's License: Having a driver's license is required. What you'll be doing: Preparing Loads: Inspecting and getting loads ready for movement.Setting Up Equipment: Aligning and leveling heavy equipment machinery.Rigging Expertise: Selecting and preparing rigging gear like beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.Safety First: Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.Teamwork: Working collaboratively with others and following company rules.
