General Accountant

Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.Proficient in using QuickBooks and other accounting software to effectively perform accounting tasks.Knowledgeable in PEZA rules and regulationsIn-depth knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, preferably from experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.Experience in handling multiple companies and accounting of inter-company transactions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities: Overseeing the operations of the company's Finance DepartmentDirecting financial planning and strategy.Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.Overseeing audit and tax functions.Developing and implementing accounting policies.Training accounting staff.Managing internal controls.Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.Team-oriented leadership; flexibility; resourcefulness; decisiveness; ability to build and maintain positive relationships.Supports a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.
