Accounting Staff

• Female
• Must be a College Graduate of 4-year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Financial Management.
• Seminars and/or trainings relevant to position is an advantage
• Must have a knowledge in book keeping, terminology and practices
• Knowledge in automated accounting system
• Knowledge in BIR process is a plus
• With good moral character
• Must have basic knowledge in record keeping and filing
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure, can multi task and meet deadlines
• Innovative, flexible, approachable and has integrity of character
• Perform other duties as required

? Classifies and post all Daily Sales Report to GL System
a. Details of Events/Functions should be noted
b. Name of assignee should be written with the OR #
c. Shortages above the ceiling should be classified as receivable to employees with details noted.
d. Overages should be taken up as Other Income
e. All dollar payments should be converted into peso equivalents based on the daily prevailing rate
f. Details of payments from the client should be noted.
? Prepares journal entries
? Prepares and encode daily check disbursement
? Must be familiar with SAWT, MAP and BIR Form 2307
? Prepares bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
? Preparation of Annual Alpha list and reconcile with salaries and wedges ledger
? Maintain a comprehensive file/schedule of accounts payables and receivable trade and post collections to individual ledger
? Handles Marketing fund of Php 50,000.00
? Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
