Requirements Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting2-3 years of end-to-end fund accounting focused on Private Equity and/or Hedge FundsMust have an experience in NAV (Net Asset Value)Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent English, oral, and written, communication skillsAbility to follow proceduresAbility to meet assigned deadlinesStrong attention to detailAmenable to work on a night schedule (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA, Pasay Job Description Understand our clients and their strategies; analyze your assigned funds' performance on a monthly basis and follow the marketsGain knowledge (through on-the-job training and research) of various securities including equities, bonds, swaps, options, FX, mortgages, financing, and futuresDevelop knowledge of accounting standards relevant to Investment ManagementReview and process all investor movements to ensure compliance with established procedures and controls, our SLA requirements, and the client's formation documentsAccurately book investor activity into technology and ensure compliance with clients' formation documentsMaintain thorough knowledge of industry standards and changes in regulation that affect investor reporting/complianceReview and price the portfolios in accordance with Firm and Fund pricing policiesReconcile cash account to statements identifying and resolving all differencesReconcile positions/securities to broker statementsResearch and resolve any differences between the accounting and broker reportsEstablish and execute the processes and proceduresEstablish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure Customers clients receive appropriate and high-quality services as committedPerform daily and monthly auditing of work processesProvide reports as agreed with the Customer Quality & Information Security Management Adhere to and implement the company's quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.Protect client-supplied and generated client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference (see also Table of Offenses).Carry out tasks as assigned and aligned with particular processes or activities related to information security.Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation, and/or security event or risks to your immediate superior.Assist the Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
