Job Description: Understand our clients and their strategies; analyze the performance of assigned funds on a monthly basis and monitor the markets.Acquire knowledge of various securities, including equities, bonds, swaps, options, FX, mortgages, financing, and futures, through on-the-job training and research.Develop knowledge of accounting standards relevant to Investment Management.Review and process all investor movements in compliance with established procedures, controls, SLA requirements, and client formation documents.Accurately record investor activity in the system and ensure compliance with client formation documents.Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting investor reporting and compliance.Review and price portfolios according to Firm and Fund pricing policies.Reconcile cash accounts to statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.Reconcile positions/securities to broker statements and address any differences between accounting and broker reports.Establish and execute processes and procedures.Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to ensure clients receive high-quality services as committed.Conduct daily and monthly audits of work processes.Provide reports as agreed with the clients. Quality & Information Security Management: Adhere to and implement the company's quality and information security policies, following processes and procedures accordingly.Safeguard client-supplied and generated information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.Perform tasks aligned with information security processes and activities.Report any potential or actual non-conformities, observations, security events, or risks to your immediate supervisor.Assist the Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects.
