Fulfillment Specialist- Team Leader

• Minimum Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Accountancy.
• At least 3-5 years work related experience or assistance in Finance/Accounting preferably gained in IT security, enterprise software, web services or High Technology Company.
• Knowledge and experience in Order-to-Invoice Management, Account Receivables and Customer Relationship Management.
• Knowledge in Accounting in relation to J-SOX, an advantage
• Excellent English Verbal and Written communication skills. Japanese Language is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple activities, effectively manage his/her own time, and work independently to meet defined fulfillment performance metrics.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Makes sure that Fulfillment team manages confidential information with integrity and to its full ability.
• Able to handle and manage a team of fulfillment specialists.
• Willing to travel overseas for business trips and trainings.
