Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Good English communication skills
Knows how to resolve issues with JavaScript, Rx.JS, and Node.js
Familiarity with AWS
Strong commitment to quality and customer service
Excellent problem-solving skills
Front-end WordPress proficiency is a plus.
Experience with Zendask, HubSpot / Salesforce, Slack, Survey tools
Experience in Data reporting, dashboarding and analytics
