Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting IT tools both hardware and software.
Update inventory of IT Assets
Set-up/Configuration of work tools
User support

Job Qualifications

Graduate of any IT related course
With troubleshooting experience
Knowledge on ticketing process
With 1-2 years of working experience related to IT
Preferably knows how to operate web conferencing application, technical support for events.

Area of Deployment: Clark Freeport Zone, Clarkfield, Pampanga.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
