Job Summary

The Front-End Supervisor oversees the total front-end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
* Effectively handles customer feedback
* Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
* Accountable for the front end assets management
* Database maintenance

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
* With atleast 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
