Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Respond to general inquiries via phone/email, and promptly relay to the appropriate personnel.Register and accommodate guest/s and assist in room check-in/out.Prepare and update documents, reports (data entry and filing) and presentations when needed.Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to assist guests.Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.Perform proper credit, cash handling policies and procedures as well as endorsement on cash (total sales), rooms (occupied/available) before work duty ends.Read endorsement logbook, daily bulletin board and attached signature or initials for reading confirmation.Perform other tasks as assigned.
