Forming Operator

1. Set up, operate and check Forming machines in everyday use.
2. Prepare materials/ equipment needed before the operation starts like welding machine, welding rod, welding mask, allen, adjustable wrench combination, gloves, etc.
3. Check the whole forming machine before running the machine (water, slitted rolls, CT-Arms, etc.)
4. Avoid roller marks and dent markings on the tubular body.
5. Changes rollers of the forming machine if needed.
6. Monitor and ensure the quality of product being produced (length, shape, welding, etc)
7. OD (Outside Diameter) sizing adjustments of forming machines.
8. Managing the whole production team to ensure efficiency of production.
