QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess a Vocational/ Technical/ Business School Graduate or at least two (2) years in collegeMust have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Technicians of Automatic MachineryMust be Technicians of Injection Moulding and Thermoforming machinesMust have strong linear thinking, analytical, observational, and organizational skillsMust have excellent soft skills and technical knowledgeMust be willing to work ASAPMust be amenable to work onsite and in Sta. Maria, Bulacan Job Responsibilities: Oversee production start-up, machine parameter checks, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and machine stability.Train and guide machine operators, monitor machine conditions, and report any issues requiring repairs to supervisors.Support production schedules, maintain machine cleanliness, assist in mold fabrication, and document parameter settings for quality control.
