Food Technology/Management Graduate

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of BS in Food Technology/Management or any related field
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct process audit and issue a Corrective Action Request (CAR) to process owner
- Conduct random sampling using the military standard table based on the identified AQL
- Evaluate product and disadvantages of the process and therefore suggest solutions including but not limited to making any changes of processes, products or standards of QA
- Ensure all standards parameters are strictly implemented or followed throughout the process
- Ensure all monitoring are done religiously by checking and validating it.
- Ensure product quality is maintained and monitored all the times

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
