Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system Has a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft Has a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, and Siebel Sequel Has a knowledge and experience in Gsuites Willing to work in Alabang Willing to work in a shifting schedule No agencies please.
