Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager works primarily in an office, with occasional travel for meetings or site visits, and may work extended hours during peak reporting periods.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA preferred5+ years in financial planning, analysis, or corporate financeAdvanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP, BI tools)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Develop financial models, conduct forecasting, analyze performance, and provide optimization recommendations.Lead annual budgeting, collaborate for financial alignment, and prepare presentations for senior management.Prepare accurate financial reports with variance analysis, develop KPIs for monitoring performance, and present them to stakeholders.Support financial strategy, evaluate against plans, and identify cost reduction opportunities.Manage financial analysts, fostering continuous improvement.
