Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:
o Prepare dashboards, analyze and interpret periodic financial data for functional management accurately and on a timely basis

o Prepare accrual analysis, journal entries and lead the month end close process

o Provide commentary and insights on performance against budgeted Operations plan and prior year

o Support annual OP Plan exercise which includes uploading numbers into Hyperion and Client profitability

o Implement necessary internal controls and procedures to maintain accuracy in reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities to support finance team

o Monitor business updates and work closely with finance managers in US and India

o Partner with Finance Managers on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:
o Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related course

o Minimum of 4-5 years of directly related financial and/or accounting experience

o Applicants must have experience in financial reporting and analysiso Stakeholder management, business partnering

Desired Competencies:
o Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

o Being a Certified Public Accountant would be an advantage (not required)

o Prior experience in a service-oriented business environment preferred;
o Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities are must

o Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

o Knowledge of Advanced Excel

o Prior working knowledge of Hyperion/ Discoverer is preferred

o Demonstrated strong analytical, project management and organizational skills

o Strong orientation towards process improvement

o Ability to lead projects and assignments
