Financial Accountant Work From Home (Wfh)

Job Description

Office Flex 0 (WFH) is a permanent Work from Home and Includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS/Laptop.
**Description**:
End to End processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Payroll processing
Xero Experience
Entering and filing Vendor Invoices.
Reconciling Vendor Statements to invoices and credits.
Preparation of Vendor payment schedules and credit management.
Debtor reporting, processing of cash receipts and credit control.
Weekly Bank and credit card reconciliations.
Assist in Preparation of monthly / quarterly and annual reports including cash flow, balance sheets and P&L statements.
Process payroll, superannuation, and prepare periodically payroll reporting.
Assist in Preparation of BAS, IAS and Payroll Tax.
Assist with end of financial year reporting.
Maintenance of fix asset register
Ad-hoc admin tasks
Qualifications And Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience as Accountant or similar role in Australian accounting industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
Experience in Australia tax and accounting standards
Working knowledge on MS Office and accounting softwares such as - Xero, Xero Tax, XPM, MYOB Quickbooks and others
High attention to detail and Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Keen attention to detail, time management, and accounting administration skills
Relevant qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance (CPA/CA qualified or willingness to study CPA/CA) preferred.
Experience in a BPO/Shared Service setting is an advantage.
