Job Title: Finance Team Lead Work Schedule: 7am - 4pm Work Setup: Work On Site Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee and manage financial operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing recurring payments, and leading the finance team in various monthly, annual, and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities: Approval of Payments and Petty Cash Replenishments. Approval of Payroll, processing payroll for Team Leads and Monthly Government Payments. Prepare Weekly Reporting on staff changes, paid invoices, bank balances, and other financial metrics and transactions (cash flow and budgeting). Reconcile transactions in Xero, record bills, and update receivables, including following up on outstanding invoices and managing payroll runs for the AU entity. Prepare Monthly Financial and Management Report. Submission of annual tax filings and audit reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit annual CDC reports and financial statements. Address client concerns and requests and respond to management team inquiries. Assist with intercompany transactions and related financial matters. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CMA) preferred. Proven experience as Senior / Finance Team Lead, or Manager, or Supervisor. BPO experience is preferred but not required. AU Experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skill is a must. Proficient in using Xero and other accounting software. Knowledgeable with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
