Finance Officer

We are looking for an experienced resource in the field of Australian accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processing. You will provide support from our Cebu IT Park office to our client in Western Australia.

 

Vacancy:
Finance Officer

 

The role will involve specific finance and accounting duties for the successful operations of the whole organisation such as but not limited to the following:
 

Accounts/Bookkeeping/Payroll

Responsible for the efficient running of Bookkeeping and Payroll function within the organisation

Manage the functions of financial record keeping and reimbursements for staff

Manage invoicing functions within the organisation

Debtor and Creditor Management

Accounting Asset Management

Management of organisation bank accounts

Responsible for preparation and processing of payroll.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years

experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping role in an Australian businessExperienced in processing Australian payroll via Xero is an advantage

Highly experienced in using Xero accounting platform

Knowledgeable in creating budget reports

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work within a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to take direction

High attention to details

Excellent interpersonal skills - can effectively and concisely communicate with technicians and customers

Abel to work autonomously and diligently, in order to meet weekly and monthly deadlines

A strong ability to maintain company processes and documentations

Willingness to evolve with the company and within the role
