Finance Manager

OVERVIEW: Will work directly to the President with the goal of the preparation of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Shall oversee the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to the management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
* Create financial reports and interpret financial information for management
2. Financial Planning and Budgeting:
* Prepare financial forecasts
* Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate business decisions
3. Financial Compliance:
4. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Manage internal controls to safeguard financial assets
6. Financial Operations:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Maintain accurate accounting records
7. Strategic Financial Management:
*Develop strategies to improve profitability
8. Leadership and Management:
*Lead and motivate the finance team
*Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks)

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Female applicant, 30-45 years old

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is an advantage.

* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least of 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales/Manufacturing companies

* Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.


SALARY : Negotiable

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8 hour shift; Day shift
