- Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Economics
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Serving, Collection, and Remedial
- Good customer relationship
- Detail-Oriented
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate and with high analytical skills
- Effective communication and negotiating skills
