The primary objective is to assist the Finance Integration Manager in completing the integration checklists to successfully integrate all newly acquired companies from the Finance and Accounting perspective. The Finance Integration Analyst has the skills to collate the financial data of all new QIMA?s acquisitions and produce useful information by understanding the local accounting standards and translate the data based to QIMA Finance, Accounting & Reporting Standards. This entails collaboration with the local Finance & Accounting team and to effectively communicate QIMA Financial Reporting without disregarding local statutory requirements.
 
The Job
 
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Work with the Finance Integration Manager to integrate financial data of all newly acquired companies,
Analysis of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging reports,
Responsible for mapping from local to QIMA Group Chart of Accounts,
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports and resolve any discrepancies and inconsistencies,
Support in coordinating, collating,
and monitoring the milestone in completion of finance integration checklist,Assist in preparing working files for the data migration from local accounting system to NetSuite,
Perform the reconciliation between the local trial balance and the migrated trial balance in NetSuite,
Support in all phases of the financial planning processes,
Maintain stable relationship with local finance team and across QIMA function.
 
It could be you if you have:
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting, CPA is preferred. In addition, you must extensive knowledge in Accounting Principles and experience of minimum of 2 years in accounting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger & reporting.

Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively is paramount to the success of the Finance Integration. A Finance Integration Analyst must be able to communicate very well across QIMA organization especially with Finance and Accounting team from the newly acquired companies in QIMA. A superior reporting skill is a must have.
Analytical Thinking:
