You hold a pivotal role within our client's logistics company and are responsible for maintaining the financial heartbeat of their operations. Your meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and passion for financial management are key components in our journey to provide top-notch logistics solutions to clients worldwide.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Daily profit and loss reporting. End-of-month invoice monitoring. Delivery drivers toll payment invoicing. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial and credit reports. Monthly invoice retrieval. General invoicing including warehouse. Support the finance team in audits and financial analysis. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them. Maintain organised financial records and documents for easy accessibility and reference. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making. We would need you to be or have the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of experience of 2 years in a similar role. Adept at Xero and Microsoft Excel.
