Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Payroll Officer who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Deputy to do the rostering and timesheets. MYOB/Deputy for rostering. Weekly payroll processing. Processing timesheets. Adding and onboarding staff into the system/database. General payroll processing and administration staff. Responsible for tracking and managing our company's payroll data. Calculating employee benefits and deductions. Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software. Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations. Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks. Preparing payroll reports. Distributing payment statements. Respond to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions. We would need you to be or have the following: 2-4 years experience in Australian payroll with data processing Familiarity with state labour laws Great attention to detail Strong customer service skills Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail Proficient with payroll software Ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare and present financial reports Experience/training in word processing and spreadsheet programs Ability to work independently with little supervision Working knowledge of payroll principles and procedures Ability to develop and maintain work deadlines Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy Ability to provide quality customer service Ability to exercise reliability, responsibility, dependability and fulfill obligations Demonstrates attention to detail and thorough completion of work tasks It would be awesome if you are or also have: Ideally, with MYOB experience, but not a must.
