Preferably FEMALEA Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or BusinessAt least 2 years of experience as HR / Admin SupervisorWith experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers, health care provider (HMO), Local Government AgenciesWith knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development)Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agenciesFamiliar with computers, systems, and connectionsWith understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresWith outstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesWith excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levelsWith problem-solving and decision-making aptitudeWith strong ethics and reliabilityPotential to handle a leadership role
