Facility Technician

FACILITY TECHNICIAN

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

If have a license driver, will act as driver to any company related transactions

Ensure cleanliness in the perimeter area

Will assist to any facility works

Will support to meet the targets Environment, Health and Safety activities and programs

Conduct preventive maintenance and repair to assigned machine or equipment

Will support to administration activities

Escalate to EHS and Facility Lead any issues observed pertaining to Facility and EHS

Other tasks directly assigned by the immediate superior.

Repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, equipment and facilities.

Performs rough and finish carpentry, installing ceiling and flooring materials; installs locks, closing devices and other door and window hardware and knowledgeable in masonry or

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

Educational Background:
At least a High School Graduate

Experience

Preferably with minimum of one (1) year related experience ? Facility technician

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:
Able to do Facility related works, written and technical.

High level of patience and flexibility

Organize and able to recognize basic hazards in general areas

Quick and will adapt easily to changing situations

Interested to an outdoor works

Willing to go beyond of assigned regular tasks

Safely using and maintaining hand and power tools related to the work.
