Duties and Responsibilities: 3 to 5 years of related experience as a Facilities Manager/Officer is Required.Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of offices and its facilities.Establish and implement maintenance strategies and processes to ensure the workplace's facilities are organized and well-kept.Administer needed office maintenance and upkeep.Does regular inspection to ensure the functionality of office equipment, tools, etc.Attend to office maintenance concerns promptly and give recommendations in resolving them.Suggest maintenance programs, strategies and processes that will ensure smoother functionality of office facilities.Inspecting office facilities to identify any issues related to structural, electrical, plumbing, or other systems.Creating and implementing preventive maintenance procedures for maintaining office infrastructure and equipment.Monitoring systems performance and functionality, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.Coordinating with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance works.Ensuring office facilities are in compliance with city ordinances.Monitoring consumption and manage efforts to reduce energy usage. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years (Required)
