As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize our clients' Facebook advertising campaigns. You will drive client success by implementing effective strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. Your expertise in Facebook advertising, analytics, and optimization will be essential in maximizing ROI and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Job Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budget allocations.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning.
Campaign Setup and Management: Create and set up Facebook ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on campaign objectives and target audience.
Monitor campaign performance, including critical metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing of ad elements and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
Targeting and Audience Segmentation: Utilize Facebook's targeting options and audience insights to identify and refine target audience segments.
Implement advanced targeting strategies, such as custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Continuously analyze audience data and behavior to refine targeting and optimize campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign data using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Generate regular performance reports, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for ongoing optimization.
Track and report on KPIs, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, such as bid adjustments, ad creative enhancements, and audience targeting refinements.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising features, trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance campaign performance.
RequirementsProven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Knowledgeable in the process of setting up conversions and API.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid media, performance tracking, and analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance, reports effectively, and recommendations to clients.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and experiment with different messaging and visuals.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
Facebook Blueprint certification or other relevant certifications in digital marketing would be a plus.
