We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and a proven track record of driving measurable results through targeted ads. You will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring that our ads reach the right audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. This includes setting up ad groups, targeting options, and budgets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement advertising strategies to meet business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Audience Targeting: Identify and analyze target audiences using Facebook's audience insights and other tools. Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences to maximize ad performance.
Ad Creative: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy that align with campaign goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations, including headlines, images, and calls to action.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring that spending is efficient and aligned with campaign objectives.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
