Job Summary:
Be the communicator to external stakeholders that includes customers, media, investors and shareholders, government agencies, and the general community. Be in-charge of producing high-quality content that engages audiences and build brand recognition in both traditional (TV, radio, and print) and new media platforms (social media) for the group and business unit requirements.
The main duties include creating informative content, press releases, and articles, creating media opportunities, and managing engagements & events to share company, brand, product, and services announcements.
Specifically management of group-level social media presence and marketing to external audiences.
Must be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years? experience in a similar role.
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

- Job Requirements:
Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
Lead or assist in the development and implementation of effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed media activity reports.
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of group marketing materials.
Work with different business unit marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
Guarantee all content is publication-ready.
Assist in creating communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
Assist and respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
KEY SKILLS.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from all sources.
Strong speaking skills as it is expected to give presentations to external audiences such as media, trade and customers.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with various departments, external partners and general community. Must possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication techniques to them.
Creative ability to devise communication strategies.
Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.
