Job Overview: The client, a diversified holding company, is seeking an Executive Finance VA - QuickBooks with a strong focus on finance and accounting, particularly in inventory management. This role emphasizes handling inventory-heavy finance work, alongside property management support.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory-Focused Financial Management :Inventory Analysis and Forecasting: Generate projections based on Walmart/Amazon reports and inventory data, utilizing lead time metrics and monthly unit sales forecasts. Cash Flow and Financial Reporting: Manage daily cash flow updates, reconcile QuickBooks accounts, and prepare P&L and balance sheets with a focus on inventory data.Data Management: Sort and analyze large data sets in Excel, generating insights critical for inventory-based financial decisions. Property Management Coordination:Oversee vendor coordination and maintenance requests, ensuring efficient communication and support. Candidate Qualifications: Skills in Inventory-Heavy Finance:Proficiency in inventory forecasting, cash flow reporting, and data analysis with QuickBooks and Excel.Experience with inventory-heavy businesses, with strong organizational skills to manage and analyze stock data.Excellent communication for vendor and client interactions via WhatsApp and email.
