Executive Assistant To The Managing Director

Responsibilities:
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other
external partners for the Managing Director
• Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
• Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
• Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals
required by the Managing Director
• Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
• Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or
marketing course or equivalent curriculum
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Fluent in oral and written English communication
• Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City

Location: Warehouse 4 MDC Road, Veterans Center, Western Bicutan, Taguig City
Salary Range: Negotiable
