Responsibilities: Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for the Managing DirectorManages diary, schedules meetings, and appointmentsPrepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow throughResearches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing DirectorProvide general administrative support to the Managing DirectorPerforms other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or marketing course or equivalent curriculumAt least 5 years of working experienceFluent in oral and written English communicationKnowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook and PowerpointApplicants must be willing to work in Taguig City Skills: Organized and keen on detailsExcellent time management skills and in prioritizing tasksPossesses professional demeanor, confidence and maturityTrustworthy and can handle confidential matters diligentlyResourceful, proactive and can adapt to various situationsStrong analytical skills and sense of good decision-makingStrong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and a team player
